We have not only our in-house Health and Safety Advisor but also carrying our in-house training on Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, face fit testing etc.
As well as formal training all our site based employees hold an appropriate CSCS Card in their chosen trade. We have a 100% commitment to CSCS and CISRS. Furthermore, over 80% of our staff are qualified to NVQ2 or above, compared to the industry average of just 22% and CISRS 90% of our staff are qualified to NVQ Level 2 and above.
In recognition of all that we do as a company to encourage the development of our employees we are a member of the 'Investors in People' standard as from 2016 and already achieving high standard and improvements.
