At WRPS we believe that all our customers should be treated with respect, be kept well informed on all works being completed and have a point of contact that they know they can express their concerns too, but also someone who will listen and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
With this in the forefront of our minds WRPS employ their own Tenant Liaison Officers who are NVQ trained and are skilled and trained in other areas associated with the role. All our TLO's are Health and Safety trained and qualified to SMSTS standard and fully trained to deal with difficult situations, should any arise.
All our office staff are trained to deal with situations that may arise and to follow the company's set out complaints procedure. WRPS achieve a high rate of customer satisfaction averaging 98% - don't take our word for it below are some comments received back off our satisfaction surveys.
